Whilst the vast majority of orders reach our customers by the estimated delivery date, occasional delays that are outside of our control may occur.

We'll always dispatch your order on time, but please allow us up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive. This allow for any delays caused by Royal Mail's UK delivery system.

Returns

We accept returns for any non-personalised products within 30 days. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Use our Live Chat to arrange your refund. Personalised products are non-refundable. However, if the reason for your return is based on a faulty product, your purchase will be covered under the lifetime guarantee.

Is accidental damage or general wear & tear covered?

Unfortunately we can't cover general wear and tear on the product or accidental damage in a lifetime guarantee.

How do I return my Moon Product?

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our products. This means that if your Moon product stops functioning as it should, at any time, send an email through to us here along with proof and we'll arrange for a replacement product or a refund.
