How to create your own personalised thermal mug.
Create your own personalized travel mug with your chosen name, message or graphic and it'll be engraved on the reverse side of the Travel Mug. Firstly, choose your lid type, select between horizontal or vertical orientation and then input your personalised text. We'll look after the rest via our laser engraving facility in the UK.
There are two versions of leak proof lid, depending on your preference:
- The 'Flip Lid' - A standard lid design that can be opened and clicked in place. Perfect for everyday drinking in the home or office
- The '360 Lid' - An innovative lid design that can be opened and closed by pressing the top button and sipped from any angle. Perfect for use in the car.

We ship out all orders via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked Delivery.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Once your product has been sent, you will receive another email with a tracking link so you can stay updated.
NON-PERSONALISED:
All orders containing only non-personalised Moon products placed before 2.30pm on Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day and usually arrive 1 – 2 working days later.
All orders containing only non-personalised Moon products placed after 2.30pm on Mon-Fri will be shipped out the next day and will usually arrive 2 – 3 working days later.

PERSONALISED:
Estimated delivery times for any orders containing personalised products will be shown on Checkout.
All personalised orders placed between Monday-Wednesday are processed on Thursdays and 95% of the time will then arrive the following Monday.
All personalised orders placed between Thursday-Sunday are processed on Mondays and 95% of the time will then arrive on Thursday.

Returns
We accept returns for any non-personalised products within 30 days. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Send us an email here to arrange your refund. Personalised product are non-refundable. However, if the reason for your return is based on a faulty product, your purchase will be covered under the lifetime guarantee.
