How to create your own personalised reusable coffee cup.
Create your own personalised reusable cup with your name, message or graphic and it'll be engraved on the reverse side of your chosen travel cup. Select your size, choose between horizontal or vertical orientation and input your personalised text. We'll look after the rest via our laser engraving facility in the UK.
There are two size of coffee cup, depending on your preference:
- 300ml size is best for a reusable cup or takeaway cup for coffee on the go.
- 450ml size is best for a travel mug used in the car or on day trips.

As a Maths & Science teacher, Lynette heard first-hand the worries our next generation have with climate change. Moon Bottles was setup to help spread their message.

Remembering how many bottles she went through during her travels round the world, Lynette set about designing durable products that would function so well, they’d never need to be replaced. "Buy once, buy well" became the moon mantra.
It also became clear we all needed a symbol, one that could bind us all together in this worldwide issue. Something everyone can relate to...something with connotations to high performance, technical innovation. It was so obvious - the perfect combination of maths & science and the subject of her most interesting classroom discussions... space. More specifically, the Moon.
Five years after the company was founded, Moon Bottles are now being sold all over the globe, with the concerns expressed in that classroom starting to get heard.

We ship out all orders via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked Delivery.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
Once your product has been sent, you will receive another email with a tracking link so you can stay updated.
NON-PERSONALISED:
All orders containing only non-personalised Moon products placed before 2.30pm on Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day and usually arrive 1 – 2 working days later.
All orders containing only non-personalised Moon products placed after 2.30pm on Mon-Fri will be shipped out the next day and will usually arrive 2 – 3 working days later.

PERSONALISED:
Estimated delivery times for any orders containing personalised products will be shown on Checkout.
All personalised orders placed between Monday-Wednesday are processed on Thursdays. 95% of the time will then arrive the following Monday.
All personalised orders placed between Thursday-Sunday are processed on Mondays. 95% of the time will then arrive on Thursday.

Returns
We accept returns for any non-personalised products within 30 days. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Send us an email here to arrange your refund. Personalised product are non-refundable. However, if the reason for your return is based on a faulty product, your purchase will be covered under the lifetime guarantee.
