We accept payments from all major Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Order Fulfilment Times

We offer same day fulfilment for any order placed before 2pm.

*During peak sales periods (i.e. Black Friday) please allow for delays of up to 2 days for fulfilment. 

Standard Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are shown when selecting your delivery option. 

Upon placing an order, you can select from either:

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked – (2 - 3 Working Days) 

Express Delivery – Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked – (1 – 2 Working Days)

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive another email with a tracking link for shipping updates. 

All orders are shipping by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. 

Royal Mail delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. 

Xmas Cutoff Dates 

Place your order before 2pm on Thursday 18th December for pre-Xmas delivery. 

Shipping Policy

Whilst the vast majority of orders reach our customers by the estimated delivery date, occasional delays that are outside of our control may occur.

We'll always dispatch your order on time, but please allow us up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive. This allow for any delays caused by Royal Mail's UK delivery system. 

To track your order, please check your email inbox for the provided tracking number once your item has been dispatched. 

Returns

We accept returns for any non-personalised products within 30 days. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Send us an email here to arrange your refund. Personalised product are non-refundable. However, if the reason for your return is based on a faulty product, your purchase will be covered under the lifetime guarantee. 

FAQ:

What does 'lifetime guarantee' mean?
It means that if you have a problem with your Moon Product or it has not met your expectations, you can contact us via email here and we will find a resolution. If you're still not happy, we'll offer you a replacement bottle.

Is accidental damage or general wear & tear covered?
Unfortunately we can't cover general wear and tear on the product or accidental damage in a lifetime guarantee.
