All orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm, we aim to dispatch the same day. Your shipment is completely plastic-free and all products will arrive in a compostable mailer bag. 

*During peak sales periods (i.e. Black Friday) please allow for delays of up to 2 days for fulfilment. 

Upon placing an order, you can select from either:

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked – (2 - 3 Working Days) 

Express Delivery – Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked – (1 – 2 Working Days)

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. 

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (make sure to check your spam). Alternatively, you can track your order status in real-time using the Live Chat feature on our website—just have your order number, email address, and postcode ready. 

All orders are shipping by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Royal Mail delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

We accept returns for any non-personalised products within 30 days. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

If your Moon product stops functioning at any point, get in contact and we will offer a replacement under our Lifetime Guarantee.

Use our Live Chat to arrange your refund/replacement. 

Personalised products are non-refundable. However, if the reason for your return is based on a faulty product, your purchase will be covered under our lifetime guarantee. 

Unfortunately we can't cover general wear and tear on the product or accidental damage in a lifetime guarantee. 

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our products. This means that if your Moon product stops functioning as it should, at any time, send an email through to us here along with proof and we'll arrange for a replacement product or a refund.
