Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship out all orders via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked Delivery.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Once your product has been sent, you will receive another email with a tracking link so you can stay updated. 

NON-PERSONALISED:

All orders containing only non-personalised Moon products placed before 2.30pm on Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day and usually arrive 1 – 2 working days later.

All orders containing only non-personalised Moon products placed after 2.30pm on Mon-Fri will be shipped out the next day and will usually arrive 2 – 3 working days later.

Royal Mail delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

PERSONALISED:

Estimated delivery times for any orders containing personalised products will be shown on Checkout. 

All personalised orders placed between Monday-Wednesday are processed on Thursdays. 95% of the time will then arrive the following Monday. 

All personalised orders placed between Thursday-Sunday are processed on Mondays. 95% of the time will then arrive on Thursday.

Returns

We accept returns for any non-personalised products within 30 days. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Send us an email here to arrange your refund. Personalised product are non-refundable. However, if the reason for your return is based on a faulty product, your purchase will be covered under the lifetime guarantee. 

FAQ:

What does 'lifetime guarantee' mean?
It means that if you have a problem with your Moon Product or it has not met your expectations, you can contact us via email here and we will find a resolution. If you're still not happy, we'll offer you a replacement bottle.
Is accidental damage or general wear & tear covered?
Unfortunately we can't cover general wear and tear on the product or accidental damage in a lifetime guarantee. 
How do I return my Moon Product?
Please get in contact with us directly here and we will take it from there.

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all our products. This means that if your Moon product stops functioning as it should, at any time, send an email through to us here along with proof and we'll arrange for a replacement product or a refund.
