The mug is unsealed when the lid is in the pressed-down position. This can take some getting used to, so there's text on the top moulding to remind you that "Down is Open". Sometimes it is best to think of the lid as a plunger, where the water is let through when the plunger is down.

As a Maths & Science teacher, Lynette heard first-hand all the worries her students had with climate change.

Whilst the vast majority of orders reach our customers by the estimated delivery date, occasional delays that are outside of our control may occur.

We accept returns for any non-personalised products within 30 days. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
If your Moon product stops functioning at any point, get in contact and we will offer a replacement under our Lifetime Guarantee.
